We really do want to give a perfect service all of the time. However we are still human and mistakes and miscommunications occasionally do happen. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to put things right. If there is any part of our service you are not 100% satisfied with please reply directly to the email containing either the work-order or the invoice and the correct person will go out of our way to sort out any problems.

Very good service from Silver Saints—quick response and professional staff. John D. was a serious and skilled builder who worked hard to deliver a high-quality result. Because of the drying time required for this specific job, a second visit would have been ideal for perfection, but John did an excellent job with the time he had.
Mick is an excellent central heating engineer and I would not hesitate in recommending him. Also Silver Saints are swift and reliable. However, I have taken one star off because they insist on indefinitely storing my credit card details on their data base, even though I am happy to transfer a deposit in advance of any job booking. I do not let any company store my credit card details, so unfortunately for this reason, I will not be using them again.
Zikrul Islam is an outstanding handyman who fixed my shower, leaking tap, moved kitchen cabinet from one wall to another and moved my double-bed and its mattress from the studio to the storage room. He is very friendly and professional. Also he likes his coffee black with no sugar, just like me :)
